Celebrating Glocal Junction's first anniversary with new menu

Experiential fusion food has been synonym to Glocal Junction's menu. Recently they celebrated their first anniversary with new menu. Some new dishes have been added to their menu which are not just delicious but also very fusion.
Located on 12th Main Indiranagar, Glocal Junction is all set to serve some lip-smacking food. Let me share my favorite picks from veg and non-veg section
Vegetarian treat:

Tokri Chaat: An interesting starter which has a mixture of garlic sauce, pomegranate, sev, yoghurt, potato and cucumber in a crispy filo cup.
Vegetable Saoji Slider: Crisp patty sandwiched between fresh buns is a delight to binge on.
Bbq Veg Grill: A skewer of broccoli, zucchini, capsicum and bell peppers, with slider buns, pesto rice noodles, corn on the cob and lemon wedges on the side, is worth a try.
Mumbai Vada Pav: Traditional vada pav which has been a weakness to many.
Soya Kheema Pav: Those veggies who would want to enjoy kheema pav minus non veg should try this.
Kadai Mushroom on Potato Rosti: Mushroom lovers will enjoy this combo mushroom on potato rosti.
Non-Veg Favorites:

Dynamite Prawns: Prawns lovers like me will dig into the dish and is worth the try.
Cheese Chicken Bombs: Chicken filled with mozzarella cheese and served with sweet chilli sauce is a must try and those who eat bacon can enjoy Bacon bombs.

Curry leaves Chicken Skewers: Chicken with curry leaves combo is not tried much.
Meat Ultimo Pizza: An all meat pizza is for all those thin-crust pizza lovers.
Khachapuri: Chicken and cheese filled Georgian traditional dish is one fusion food to try.
Rice Congee Risotto with Soya Grilled Fish: The subtle hints of garlic from the risotto went well with the soy-marinated fish.
Coorg Pandi Curry Bunny Chow: Those who enjoy pork should try the pandi curry which is served in the South African- Indian style - in a bun hollowed out to form a bowl.
It is an insult to a meal to end without a dessert and if it is Red velvet cheesecake then one should not miss it, cream cheese sandwiched between red velvet cake.
So head out to celebrate any noon or evening with Glocal Junction and have a fusion time of your life.

New menu with #FarziTwist at Farzi Cafe, Bengaluru

Farzi cafe is one of the happening places to dine and they keep their customers hooked with new additions and promotional menu. I have visited them many times, you can read about my visit here.
As I write this blog post, they have come up with a seasonal menu - Mango mania which you will read on my blog soon.
For this visit, I started my meal with Dhokla and Farsaan Salad, the gujrathi in me couldn't resist it. Next was Dal Moth and Chilli Chicken Patti Samosa. Both were full of flavors and chicken samosa has always been my weakness. samosa and dip served in the glass made sure I don't miss dipping my samosa with every bite.
While accompanying my food with Litchi panna desire came Guntur Chilli Chicken and Sion Prawn Koliwada. Both have been my favorites from I savored it completely. Mac & cheese Pakidra bites was next which was an interesting take on mac & cheese pakoda and I loved the way it was served on a cycle. Kothimbir vadi papaya salad tikka was little dry to eat for me so I may not order his again.
Sandwich lovers will enjoy Iyengar bakery style toasties served on a key-plate. And Green curry paneer tikka were juicy and soft which made a non-paneer lover like me enjoy it. Ended the meal with Shawarma Biryani and Charred artichokes and cherry tomato. Farzi cafe always amazes me with their plating and presentation of food. I savored the main course with Farzi Ok.

I can never finish a meal without a dessert so rasmalai being my favorite, I relished Smoked fresh chenna flavoured Shrikhand and Farzi Sundae.
Every visit to farzi cafe always brings a bright smile on my face and I leave with a tummy full along with making memories. Head to Farzi Cafe now to try their additions on the menu.
